NATALIE TILTON, DPT
Natalie
joined KSPT in May, 2009, after graduating from Northeastern
University (NU) with her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
She has concentrated studies in orthopedics, sports injury
rehabilitation, back/spine care, pelvic floor dysfunction, and
posture/ergonomic assessment.
Skilled in several soft tissue mobilization techniques,
Natalie combines her manual skills with her extensive
therapeutic exercise knowledge base to create custom tailored
treatment plans as both a physical therapist and certified
personal trainer.
She is an avid field hockey player who competed at the
international level representing the United States in
Australia and the Netherlands. As a member of the NU varsity
field hockey team, she helped win 3 consecutive America East
championships for Division 1 college field hockey while
earning her undergraduate degree in Rehabilitation Science
with a minor in Psychology. Upon graduation she received the
student athlete award for her accomplishments in NU academics
and athletics.
Natalie lives in East Kingston, NH with her husband and enjoys
boating, cooking, and recreational field hockey.
